Breakfast is often forgotten, or even sometimes too fat or sweet. Here’s a smoothie recipe that will perfectly replace your usual breakfast. Light, but full of energy to get through the morning, whether it be before going to work or going to run.  A drink full of flavors!

For 1 person, you need

1 banana –   4 pitted dates – 250 ml soy milk – Vanilla

That’s all !

PREPARATION
Cut the banana and the dates into pieces.
In a bowl, put the pieces of banana, dates, milk and a little vanilla
Mix to obtain a smooth mixture.
